Listening/Speaking/Writing

I can greet someone and ask their name.

I can spell names aloud.

I can write and say all of the special and combo sounds of German.

I can use my knowledge of sounds to pronounce German words I haven't seen before.

I can find out how someone is doing.

I can talk about how I am doing, no matter my mood good/bad/otherwise.

I can introduce myself in a basic way, including my name, age, and where I come from.

I can ask others where they are from.

I can ask people for their phone number and email address.

I can ask and answer about how people get to school.

 

Knowledge/ Grammar:

I can say and/or sing the alphabet.

I can say and spell the numbers through 100.

I can discuss some of the basics of Germany's background, including size, population density, main cities, etc.

I can say and spell the most common German modes of transportation.

I can describe what it means to conjugate a verb.
